WORKS FOR SALE BY MARIE ANGE DAUDÉ, SUBJECT TO ONGOING TRANSACTIONS.
Marie Ange Daudé is a French artist born in 1967 who lives and works in France. She directs her career towards planning and town planning studies, she frequents the world of architect-artists and takes a closer interest in the creative process. Her ecological fiber is felt in her work, particularly in her first creations which she creates from waste such as glass, cans or various boxes. Between 2012 and 2013, a series of 68 hearts were born where she uses a different technique for each one, a sort of loving and artistic ballad. Then she decides to offer a new interpretation of old photographs to which she adds surprising materials or elements such as staples or feathers. These broken, glued and reconstituted portraits are a sort of personal interpretation of the passing of time. More recently, she has created feather portraits; portraits of women, faces imbued with sweetness and nostalgia, but strong. This fragile and surprising material is attached to almost invisible nylon threads, which gives the impression of levitation to his portraits.
This Plumassière technique brought him notoriety. Very few contemporary artists use this technique in the world.
Her work has been exhibited in numerous group and personal exhibitions and she now works with numerous galleries.
